BITZER has introduced its new range of LE condensing units. All 16 models feature ECOLINE reciprocating compressors as standard and offer cooling capacities from 7.5 to 32kW (50 Hz). Designed for outdoor use, they include durable, corrosion-resistant aluminium heat exchangers in a modern micro-channel design to increase the power density. A hot-dip fully galvanised and powder-coated weather protective housing is also provided.
The new condensing units meet the efficiency criteria currently under discussion for the future European ErP Ecodesign Directive for condensing units (ErP: Energy-Related Products). This calls for increased energy efficiency in energy consuming equipment in order to achieve the 20-20-20 objectives set by the EU. In addition, thanks to sealed compressor sections and quiet EC fans, the LE condensing units have particularly low noise emissions with an adjustable maximum of 45 dB (A).
The new condensing units are factory tuned so that all the components work in harmony and are both pre-wired and piped, ready for installation. This reduces the time required for assembly on-site. In addition, one person can maintain the entire system and there is easy access to all components.Â
