Hamilton Litestat has added to its product portfolio with the launch of its own range of electronic transformers. Designed for low voltage halogen lighting specifications, this range has been introduced to provide the market with a fully tested product that is able to complement the quality of Hamilton’s dimmers.Â
Available in three models, HAM60- 20 to 60VA, HAM105 -35 to 105VA and HAM210 – 50 to 21-VA, Hamilton’s Transformers help to overcome the annoying problems of compatibility and have been extensively tested for use with their dimmers. With built-in surge and thermal protection the transformers have been designed to automatically reset to avoid down time and have the soft start feature incorporated into the design which helps to prolong lamp life and minimise surge at switch on.
According to the company’s product manager, John Purnell: “The introduction of this new range of super efficient and cost effective transformers will make life easier for contractors as they have been designed to work perfectly with the Hamilton dimmer range thereby avoiding many of the issues which are commonplace in this sector of the market.”
