Rinnai is expanding its salesforce in the South West with the appointment of Dorset-based Andy Bell. Andy started life in the industry as an apprentice before moving on to sales & specification roles.

Says Andy, ‘My previous role developed and I was awarded a NEBOSH qualification for Health & Safety so I could also manage the CDM requirement. I continued operating all through the pandemic, helping develop a method of investigating a customer’s needs and surveying the potential install remotely via video technology, this enabled us to meet the customers needs even though we could not get access at the time. I have been trained in system design and the video surveying method.’
