New CG Boiler delivers increased outputs and greater on board control
Clyde Energy Solutions have upgraded their CG range of wall hung condensing boilers with a new electronic controller, making them easier to integrate and control via their onboard system or via an external BMS. Increased outputs can now be achieved with the ability to control a cascade of up to 12 boilers, delivering 2160kW.
The new digital on board control system provides the facility to alter boiler performance without the use of a laptop or external link and gives greater access to boiler parameters. In addition 0 – 10V BMS control can be selected on the basis of proportional (power) control as well as temperature set point control which means easier integration with different external control systems. On the standard boiler control, provision has been included for external safety interlocks to be connected directly to the boiler rather than the external control system, to ensure safety at all times.
Qualified for the Energy Technology List, the CG has a fully modulating burner and stainless steel heat exchanger providing efficiencies of 110.6%ncv and the CG120, 150 and 180 have a twin gas valve to reduce resistance and improve gas flow control.
