MWA to launch new data capture solution at NEMEX 2012
Taking centre stage on stand (R29), at NEMEX 2012, from 22-24 May at the NEC, Birmingham, is a new cost-effective data capture range of products from leading independent meter specialist, MWA Technology.
M-Log provides a cost-effective automatic monitoring & targeting am&T solution. The device helps to save energy by identifying wastage and ensuring long term effectiveness of other energy saving measures. Whatever source, be it water, gas, energy or electricity M-Log provides valuable data.
MWA sees the launch of M-Log as timely with more and more of its customers look to identify where high energy usage is located and where unusual patterns of energy consumption are taking place. “Many meters have pulsed output, but operators often wonder how meaningful this information is,” explained MWA’s sales engineer, Andrew Brain. “ M-Log captures the data and converts it into really useful comparative information. This data can then be downloaded onto a computer for further analysis.
“Typical users of M-log include hotels, schools, universities, hospitals, commercial, food production, industrial buildings and many more,” explained Brain.
M-Log operates without the need for user/software licence fees. Direct monitoring of energy and utilities is produced with ‘live time’ data displayed onsite.
Another great advantage of using M-Log is the device’s ability to produce data which assists in deciding where to allocate costs/billing information.
Ideal for both multi-dwelling residential and commercial applications, M-Log provides seamless integration with web browser based tenant billing applications. Remote management can also be set up via smartphone.
In addition to M-Log, MWA will display its full range of metering products and ancillary equipment at NEMEX.
