Water heater, boiler and renewable company Lochinvar has completed a comprehensive restructure of its sales team in line with the company’s continued growth plans.
The reshaped sales team includes the creation of two senior regional sales manager roles, with Dave Slevin and Scott Mason taking these new positions, and reporting to Lochinvar’s sales director Liam Elmore.
This revamped structure is designed to increase the company’s UK coverage and supports the launch of a series of new products, including high efficiency, low NOx boilers; stainless steel water heaters and additions to its range of air source heat pumps.
Previously, Lochinvar’s 10 area sales managers reported directly to Mr Elmore, who has responsibility for the whole of the UK and Ireland. He will continue to manage key accounts and major projects.
Liam joined the company in April 2014 as UK sales manager and has presided over a period of considerable growth. He was promoted to the role of sales director in June 2018.
Dave Slevin has been appointed regional sales manager for the North and has taken on supervisory responsibility for five area sales managers. As well as being regional sales manager for the South, Scott Mason will also continue to be responsible for central London specifications.
