Danfoss has launched a new technical support service on a mobile web site for domestic heating installers on site.

Specially designed for viewing on a smartphone display screen, the site offers instant access to installation guides and much more for Danfoss’ thermostatic radiator valves, time controls, and electric thermostats. Wherever they are heating professionals can log on to the Danfoss Assist mobile web site using their smartphone to find PDF installation guides, together with handy helpline numbers and links to the latest offers for Danfoss customers.

Danfoss’ Marketing Director, Bjorn Sejr Nielsen, says the Danfoss Assist mobile web site reflects the company’s ‘no-nonsense’ approach to installer service and support. He believes the company’s new mobile web site will be particularly useful for installers who need instant assistance, and especially smaller companies without the benefit of an in-house technical department. He comments: “We appreciate that it’s not always practical to consult a printed manual when you are out on a job, especially if the client is watching! Quick and easy to navigate, Danfoss Assist uses simple icons to take you straight to the information you need in a couple of clicks.”
