The IBT Group, based in Stockport, has just announced a significant contract win to deliver building control solutions to a prestigious new hotel in London. Currently being developed by Prime Development, Prime Knightsbridge will boast 85 hotel rooms with an exclusive residential component on the upper floors as well as five basements with an unprecedented range of facilities. It will undoubtedly establish itself as a London icon.

Briggs and Forrester, one of the UK’s leading providers of building services, awarded the contract to EnTech, a division of the IBT Group, who will be responsible for the design and installation of building control solutions to this high profile hotel.

The install will involve local room level control of heating and lighting integrated into the BMS and Hotel Management Suite. The hotel will open in 2012 and is being delivered by London based architect Squire and Partners.
