LG  has announced its biggest ever selection of training courses for air conditioning installation engineers at its Slough Training Academy this autumn.
The courses cover all practise and theory in the company’s purpose-built half-million pound training facility. Attendees will see working models in real-life installations and have the chance to preview new products and technical services.

The courses include Split and Multi Split system design and specification (LG RAC and Universal range.) This course covers all LG air conditioners except for VRF systems. It includes the information required to specify LG air conditioners for a particular site and is intended for sales engineers, consultants, and others who are involved in preparing specifications and quotations.
It is also intended for installation engineers who need to be involved in specifications, or in ensuring that the system is installed within its design limits.

The Split and Multi Split system installation and service (LG RAC and Universal) course covers the installation and service of LG air conditioners, including how they work and fault finding. It is intended mainly for experienced air conditioning engineers.
It is recommended that installation engineers who are also involved in designing and specifying systems attend both this course and the ‘Split and multi split system design and specification’ course.
Other courses will include the Multi V Mini; VRF system design and specifications; VRF Installation and Service; Central controls; and full overview of LG air conditioning product range. All these courses are free of charge and include refreshments and an LG pack of literature and technical specifications. All courses are held at the LG Academy in Slough and last for one working day.
