Specifiers and installers of louvres and natural ventilation solutions have a new source and point of contact for expert support.
David Millar has joined Gilberts Blackpool as Area Sales Manager (Scotland & NE). A trained structural engineer, David brings with him the decades of experience gained from spending almost his whole working life in the façade sector of the construction industry.
“The industry is always facing commercial pressures. Gilberts, as a family-owned business with a heritage stretching back more than half a century, brings a robust core, a constant for quality and support,” observes David.
Falkirk-based, David (62) enjoys tennis and football in his spare time: in his youth, he was a professional footballer, playing in the Canadian leagues for five years.
“With the increasing emphasis on sustainable strategies, the solutions and support Gilberts brings to the table can only alleviate those pressures for specifiers and installers. I’m looking forward to tackling the new challenge, developing projects with old and new friends!”
