A new full-service property and facilities management service has been introduced by Centurion, which not only provides traditional FM services, but can help clients source, acquire and manage properties.
The company has considerable experience in the commercial property and FM fields and already operates Ajay Business Centres in West London, so formally moving into the full-service FM market is a natural development for the company.
“We specialise in delivering complete property solutions to clients by working with them to understand their accommodation resource needs, both now and in the future,” comments Ajay Nehra, Managing Director of Centurion FM. “We’ll then take responsibility for all location, budgetary and maintenance functions, thus allowing clients to focus all of their resources on what they do best – running their core business.

We also offer a property management service which can assist those clients who may wish to rent out part of their property portfolio.”
