Synergy decorative wiring accessories from Legrand have been installed throughout a new hotel in Newcastle city centre that is shaking up the budget hotel market by delivering affordable accommodation in a boutique setting.
Sleeperz is a 98-bedroom glass fronted hotel situated close to Newcastle Central Station and the city’s popular quayside area. It offers modern, cutting edge architectural design teamed with bold contemporary interiors and an array of features normally associated with far more expensive hotels.

Anwar worked closely with Janine Powell of Ilfracombe-based Hampton Design Studios to create the perfect look and Legrand’s brushed steel Traditional Synergy wiring accessories were selected for use throughout the hotel – a specification decision made due to their aesthetic appeal.
The full specification comprised 1, 2 and 3 gang switches, 1 gang switched and unswitched sockets, 2 gang sockets, double and single data sockets, telephone and TV sockets, and included both Synergy white and Synergy decorative wiring accessories.
