Vaillant Group is aiming to further enhance its reputation for market leading after-sales with a £1m investment in a new division.
The company, which operates both the Vaillant and Glow-worm brands within the UK, has made the move in anticipation of continuously increasing demand for renewable energy products and expertise.
The seven-figure investment has seen the creation of a dedicated Renewable Technologies Division, the first of its kind within the industry, comprising over 20 team members.
Amongst them will be 10 MCS accredited renewable technology engineers, who have added F Gas, BPEC Thermal Solar, BPEC Heat Pumps, BPEC Energy Efficiency, WRAS and G3 qualifications to their existing array of credentials.
Vaillant Group’s UK and Western Europe Managing Director, Jim Moore, admits that the company has speculated on future demand in building such a strong team, but believes it will prove to be £1m very well spent.
He said: “Vaillant Group has a reputation for employing people that care about the customers and will go out of their way to ensure that they feel very well supported when they choose our brands.”
