During the upgrade to the La Sainte Union Catholic Girls School and 6th form college located in London, it was decided that surface heating would be used to heat the new extension block being constructed.
Oventrop Projects designed, supplied and installed different systems for the ground and first floors on behalf of RN Plumbing and Heating Ltd. The ground floor was fitted with a Cofloor tacker system within a concrete screed whereas the first floor drama studio required a dry build system comprising of Knauf Earth wool  in between the joists and Cofloor heat plates spanning the joists.
Oventrop were able to fully accommodate the Client’s requirements, including restricting any works that had a noise impact to periods outside of examinations, without impacting the programme or other contractors.
