Designed for mixed commercial usage, the 11 storey building comprises almost 24,000sqmof Grade A office accommodation plus 1,500sqm of high profile retail premises and restaurants at ground floor level.

Air conditioning is provided throughout by Ability EC-DC Evolution ceiling mounted EVO270 and vertical EVOVERT 4-pipe fan coil units with heating and cooling duties between 0.6 and 3kW. All FCUs are fitted with BacNet BMS controller, return air and supply sensors, self-balancing and self-commissioning PICC (pressure independent character control) valve sets – the latter being complete with flushing by-pass, isolating valves, drains and flow measurement points and extended condensate pans. All units meet NR35 operating noise requirements.

Evolution fan coil units utilise advanced EC infinitely variable speed, high efficiency DC motor technology, which brings a number of significant customer advantages in terms of both energy efficiency and controllability.
