Rehau has added a number of new features to its Profila Data PVC cable management system which help maintain its position as one of the market’s most innovative and advanced solutions.
The new features further enhance the style and functionality of the system as well as making it even easier to install and completely compatible with Rehau’s smaller Compact data range.
Profila data is the deepest trunking in its class, with a depth of 65mm enabling it to conform with ease to the recommendations of the main data cabling manufacturers for the installation of Cat 6 and Cat 6a systems. The high cabling capacity includes a 4060mm2 cross section area which is significantly greater than its nearest competitor and means it is particularly easy to achieve the minimum bend radius at corners.
Using technology developed for the Compact data system, Rehau has added truly flexible corners to Profila data incorporating a living hinge in the corner cable guides alongside variable angle outer covers. These give an adjustable range of +5º and -5º around a right angled corner meaning installers can achieve a professional finish in even the most difficult buildings.
