Power Management Company, Scorpion Power Systems, has upgraded its AMF panels with a state-of-the-art Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) Controller, the Deep Sea 332.   Replacing earlier models the 332 has been specifically designed for single set generator applications.  The module monitors the voltage and frequency of the incoming AC mains supply and in the event of failure will issue a start command to the generator control system.

In the event of a mains failure the relay is energised and the Controller automatically transfers the load from the mains to the generator.  Once the mains supply returns, the module will command a return to the mains supply and will shut down the generator. The ATS Controller can also be enhanced with timing sequences to prevent nuisance starting.

Also included within the module are configurable digital inputs and outputs which are programmable by a PC utilising the user-friendly software.

The upgrading of its AMF panel is yet another innovation from Scorpion Power Systems, a leading supplier of integrated power solutions and at the forefront of producing high technology generators ranging from 0.5kVA to 2MVA.
