Polygon UK awarded coveted Gold Standard by Investors in People

Polygon UK has been awarded the prestigious ‘Gold Standard,’ by Investors In People (IIP), the accreditation body that measures how good companies are as employers. The company was also awarded IIP’s Health and Wellbeing Award.

Polygon is a global leader in property damage restoration and temporary climate solutions, serving a range of sectors, including insurance, property management, government and industrial process including pharmaceutical and food.

HR Director, Pat Neal said: “Acquiring the IIP Gold Standard is a nice stamp of approval that recognises our achievements, but the road to the prize is equally important. At Polygon UK we use this opportunity every three years, to get a detailed and independent benchmark of how we are doing as an employer. We take a long, hard look at ourselves to see how well our people strategy complements our business strategy.”
