Oventrop Projects Division successfully designed, supplied, installed and commissioned a 7,300 m2 Oventrop Cofloor underfloor heating system at Cobalt Place, a 104 dwelling residential development, made up of one, two and three bedroom contemporary apartments and four bedroom townhouses, situated in Battersea Village.
Oventrop were chosen by the Developer Lend Lease along with Contractor Cilantro Engineering UK Ltd for their ability to provide both the “Regudis” Heat Interface Unit, and the complete UFH installation, with the HIU, UFH controls, manifold and heat meter all located in one neat cabinet.
