With engineers now having to fulfil F-Gas certificate compliance, the rig allows them to carry out all the necessary tasks and tests including the simulation of fault conditions, leak identification, pressure setting, variation of evaporator and fan speed control. They can also change key components, remove pipe-work and braze-in pipe repairs.
The rig incorporates the smallest possible Octagon compressor together with a condenser, evaporator, receiver, suction line accumulator and control panel. Importantly, it is extremely quiet and also compact – vital for the classroom environment.
