A new generation of MVHR
Published:  11 February, 2010

Xpelair has extended its high efficiency Carbonlite range of ventilation solutions by introducing the Xcell 300 – a new generation of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) units.

Available in three models (QV, QVW, QVI) and ideal for three to five bedroom houses, the range features a counterflow cell with up to 92% efficiency, Specific Fan Power as low as 0.6w/l/s, meets EST Best Practice Compliance and has been specifically developed to allow installers greater flexibility during system design and installation.

Steve Mongan, Head of Marketing at Xpelair, commented: “Ease of installation, reliability, performance and green credentials are the key requirements when installers are selecting a ventilation system for a property.

“The Xcell 300 has been introduced to meet these needs and take it onto the next level. Combining a highly insulated and lightweight structural foam body that can be wall or loft mounted, the Xcell 300 features G4 filters and EC ultra low energy motors. A digital touch pad control at the front of the unit ensures that set up and commissioning are very simple.”
