Soler & Palau has launched a brand new range of high efficiency, low noise level centrifugal plug fans - The BPF range. With a particular emphasis on structural rigidity and robust construction the range offers an unparalleled combination of performance, efficiency and low noise level. The BPF direct-drive backward curved range sets a new benchmark in plug fan assemblies for air handling unit manufacturers and other OEMs.
With diameters from 280 – 1000mm, airflows up to 70,000m³/hr and pressure development of up to 2800Pa, this really is the range that other manufacturers have to beat. EFF2 motors are fitted as standard and higher efficiency EFF1 motors are also available. Efficiencies of up to 75% are achieved as standard.
The compact BDF unit consists of a rigid base frame, high-efficiency IEC-standard three phase motor, direct-driven seven bladed welded-steel backward curved impeller and inlet cone with or without flow measurement incorporated.
The BPF Plug fan range is suitable for inverter duty applications and can also be supplied with built-in frequency inverter. A complete range of ancillaries and accessories is also available to enable incorporation into a wide range of equipment.
