New appointment underpins expertise

Tour & Andersson has appointed Graeme Waugh as its UK technical manager. As an associate of Tour & Andersson's specialist TA Hydronic College, Graeme is equipped with an in-depth knowledge of hydronic engineering solutions.

Due to his involvement with the TA Hydronic College, Graeme is well suited to take on the new role and is able to provide an excellent level of technical support and advice to Tour & Andersson's ever growing UK customer base.

In his capacity as TA Hydronic College Associate, Graeme is also responsible for the training of Tour & Andersson's sales force, delivering his expert level of hydronic balancing knowledge via seminar based training sessions.

Graeme commented: "As the world leader in hydronic balancing solutions, and due to the nature of Tour & Andersson's core business offering, it is important to ensure that a high level of technical support is delivered to both consultants and contractors. Through my role within the TA Hydronic College, I am able to ensure engineers are fully supported, with access to our comprehensive support programme."
