Sanyo launches installer scheme
Published:  27 July, 2009

Sanyo has introduced an approved installer scheme for its ECO C02 high efficiency heat pump-based heating system.

To qualify under the scheme, engineers must attend a one-day course on the theoretical and design aspects of installing carbon dioxide-based heat pump systems.

The course is now being offered at several centres around the UK, including at Sanyo headquarters in Whyteleafe, South London, Oceanair Distribution in Bristol and Easy Air in Birmingham. Further training facilities are being developed in the North of England.

All centres are equipped with working ECO C02 demonstration systems, enabling engineers to have hands-on experience of working with live systems.

Upon successful completion of the course, companies become approved installers and are entitled to use the approved installer logo which has been introduced, for use on promotional materials, stationery, websites and vehicles.
