Control, operate & monitor

GM Techtronics has introduced their latest generation Dial2Open model WT009 to control and operate equipment functions such as access control, whilst also monitoring the status of other key equipment or systems, such as heating and refrigeration - by remote control.

Dial2open WT009, which can be operated by mobile phone or landline, gives end-users remote control and monitoring of a critical event at home or business. ‘Alert' messages are sent as a text message to their designated mobile phone, so they can monitor and control while travelling - even abroad.

The new Dial2Open WT009 enables the user to remotely activate security measures: the opening and closing of gates and garage doors, turning on for example,  intrusion alarm, lighting, heating, presence simulation systems  - quickly and simply via a mobile phone.

The unit's input trigger can be used to monitor a variety of changing conditions, for example, confirming that the commanded action has taken place, or that a remote sensor has been activated indicating low fuel level, excess pressure or that a pump or refrigeration unit has failed. It can even be used to notify in the event of an intrusion alarm activation.
