Grundfos Pumps has been presented with a Green Hero Award by David Bellamy at a special ceremony held at the Tower of London.
This is the 3rd year in succession that Grundfos has collected this accolade which has been specifically designed to recognise organisations whose green credentials act as an example to others in the business community.
The Green Organisation, who presented the award, was founded in 1944 as an independent, non-political, non-activist, not-for-profit environment group - dedicated to recognising rewarding and promoting environmental best practise around the world.
In recent years Grundfos has been the delighted recipients of many environmentally linked awards, but the thrill of recognition, like the need for all of us to constantly remind ourselves of our need to be accountable for our contribution towards the use of energy, never diminishes.

There is an obvious need for the industry to be more energy efficient and pay more attention to the ways in which energy is both used and wasted. Do you think we have the products on the market to meet our needs?
