Vimpex has introduced a new green lens version for its popular SL-401 series of ultralow current xenon strobe lights for use in non-fire applications. The SL-401 series offers a wide range of interchangeable coloured polycarbonate lenses and fire labels for clear lenses.
Clear lenses are often used instead of red as they give the brightest possible light output. This is vital for clear signalling of fire in areas of high ambient noise levels and for DDA compliance. Weatherproofed with a neoprene gasket, each strobe light is supplied with an anti-tamper locking device to deter unauthorised removal of the lens.
To coincide with the release of the green lens version, Vimpex has also reduced the price of the SL-401, making it an even more attractive range for the installer and end-user alike.

There is an obvious need for the industry to be more energy efficient and pay more attention to the ways in which energy is both used and wasted. Do you think we have the products on the market to meet our needs?
