Strebel has launched a range of condensing fully modulating boilers. The SC30 B gives priority to providing hot water, with a built-in 3-port valve for an external cylinder. The SC30 C is for heating only, and the SC30 K is a combination boiler that can boost from a normal heating output of 24.2 kW to 28 kW into hot water.
The built-in micro-processor controls take charge of all control information data within the boiler. When combined with an outside sensor, there is the option of full weather compensation and frost protection for the whole system. By using the outside temperature detector, a limit can be placed on the low-end compensation temperature. Controls are pre-set but can be readjusted to suit customers’ specific requirements. The SC30 can also be used with a room thermostat.
