Frico Limited has unveiled a pan-European campaign to further encourage energy efficiency. The Frico Energy Savers initiative invites building services consultants and engineers to become Frico's energy-saving partners, via its website www.frico.co.uk, in return for a donation to the Rainforest Foundation and exclusive access to its latest energy saving products.
Members of the Frico Energy Savers will help save the rainforest as the company pledges a donation to the Rainforest Foundation for each person that signs up. They will also be awarded a diploma, receive a regular e-newsletter, and be invited to enter competitions. The campaign has already seen the company donate £1,500 as part of an ongoing Scandinavian campaign.
Phil Alcock, Managing Director of Frico Limited, commented: "We know that energy use is inevitable, however, energy waste is something that can be eliminated. The Frico Energy Savers initiative sets out to encourage everyone to use Frico as a stepping-stone to supplying the most advanced energy efficient products on the market, whilst doing their bit to save the Rainforest without cost to them.
"Investment in research and development of products has seen Frico bring to the market systems that offer the greatest energy efficiency and therefore reductions to operating costs for the end user. By selecting the most appropriate products on the market, engineers will ensure they are at the forefront of energy saving and still provide their customers with a means to save money."
