An exclusive private golf and country club on the banks of the River Tamar in Cornwall has saved 16% of its energy costs last year, thanks to the installation of two Ultramax 318 gas-fired condensing, high efficiency boilers from MHS.
The two boilers replaced two of four old cast iron boilers, and the fuel savings enjoyed by the China Fleet Country Club will ensure payback within three and a half years.
Philippe Fendler, Design and Build Manager from MITIE Engineering Services (Peninsula) Ltd who installed the boilers, said: "We've found that boilers from MHS are both easy to install and reliable. Coupled with the good value and service we receive from MHS Boilers, we know we'll get the technical support and expertise we need."
Karl Taylor, General Manager at China Fleet Country Club is enthusiastic about the energy savings. He said: "As a top-class golf and leisure venue we are always looking at ways to bring the very best to our members and visitors. If we are able to reduce our costs and save energy it will be a benefit to the people who use our facilities."
