New name reflects market expansion
Published:  21 November, 2007

In recognition of the increasing demand for chilled beam solutions to provide energy-efficient comfort cooling, the only trade body that represents the interests of such equipment suppliers has changed its name to match more closely its members and activities.

The long-standing HEVAC Chilled Ceilings Association has just become the Chilled Beam and Ceiling Association (CBCA).

CBCA Chairman, Alan Green, expects the new name to have its first public recognition via a practical guide to chilled beams that is close to publication as a joint collaboration with BSRIA.
