In recognition of the increasing demand for chilled beam solutions to provide energy-efficient comfort cooling, the only trade body that represents the interests of such equipment suppliers has changed its name to match more closely its members and activities.
The long-standing HEVAC Chilled Ceilings Association has just become the Chilled Beam and Ceiling Association (CBCA).
CBCA Chairman, Alan Green, expects the new name to have its first public recognition via a practical guide to chilled beams that is close to publication as a joint collaboration with BSRIA.
