No fuss warranty

Daikin UK has taken the fuss out of warranty procedures by launching a brand new service for its customers. The new No Fuss Warranty has been specifically designed to take the hassle out of making claims for installers and save them time by processing claims directly over the phone.

Dave Clements, After Sales Manager for Daikin UK, said: “This brand new initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to raise the bar on the standard of customer services in the air conditioning industry.

“At Daikin, we understand that warranty claiming procedures are a headache, with many companies getting bogged down by paperwork and long waiting times. With this new service in place, installers can simply call us from site and get an immediate evaluation of their claim. The part is then delivered free of charge, the next day with a credit for standard labour contribution issued. This means there are no forms to complete, no invoices issued and no faxed purchase order required.”

To process a claim, all installers have to do is call the Daikin UK spares hotline on 0845 641 9275 and speak to a member of the company’s dedicated warranty team.
