Simmtronic has announced the appointments of Steve Petts as National Sales Director and Kevin Stubbs as a Senior Sales Project Manager. Each has 30 years experience in the lighting industry and will strengthen Simmtronics new business team as the Company continues to expand.
Steve Petts joins Simmtronic from Cooper Lighting, where he has been Major Projects Director for the past five years. During his career he has held senior positions with companies in both the lighting and lighting controls industries. His role will be to manage the growth of specification sales nationally and to continue gaining market share in the north supported by the recently expanded regional office in Manchester.
Kevin Stubbs has considerable experience and expertise in custom made luminaires and controls for major projects. As a Senior Sales Project Manager at Simmtronic he will be working closely with consultants and customers to make an assessment of their lighting control requirements and designing customised solutions.
Commenting on these new senior appointments, Simmtronic director, Mario Costanzo said: “I am delighted to welcome Steve and Kevin to the Simmtronic team at a very successful stage in our company’s development as the three of us have worked successfully together before. As they assume their new responsibilities I will be able to concentrate more time on my business development role”.
