Steve McDonald joins Baxi Commercial Heating, the provider of professional expertise and the interface between the Andrews Water Heaters, Potterton Commercial and Baxi Commercial brands which creates the vital link between technical and sales support for the individual products and the customers.
As National Accounts Manager within the Baxi Commercial Heating support structure, Steve McDonald will be continuing to develop and strengthen the links with the merchant sector across all three brands. He will ensure that the product offer is correct and communications between the brands and the merchant sector are maintained and improved. Another key responsibility will be identifying where merchant sales training is required and ensuring appropriate training is available.
Steve McDonald has worked with Andrews for six years as a member of the sales team. Having gained all his previous experience in the industry from the merchant side, he has over the years played an important part in bringing the Andrews sales force closer to its merchant customers. As Southern Regional Manager, Steve McDonald concentrated on developing the relationship with merchants to the point where all Andrews’s products are now being supplied via merchants.
