Access Technologies has appointed Owlett-Jaton, the UK’s largest stockist of fasteners, fixings, ironmongery and hardware to the distributor and merchant trade, as the country’s exclusive wholesaler for the Beamclamp range of secondary steelwork fixings.
Owlett-Jaton will be supplying the full BeamClamp range to its re-seller customer base from its modern 140,000 square feet purpose built facility in Stone, Staffordshire. From this warehouse, the company supports a network of regional sales offices throughout the UK, providing Beamclamp buyers with a next day nationwide distribution service.
“More and more of our customers are demanding access to the Beamclamp range” explains, Owlett-Jaton’s Commercial Director, Neil Jackson. ”With this move we are responding positively to that demand, and adding value to the Beamclamp range with initiatives including our next day delivery service, improved packaging and more easily achievable order levels. We see huge potential for Beamclamp fixings to become even more popular and widely used, especially with the excellent prospects for the UK construction industry as the 2012 Olympics draw closer”.
