Grundfos has recently produced their first Sustainability Report which clearly demonstrates that the company is well on the way to achieve many of the goals it has set itself.
Ensuring the business is run responsibly is very much part of their visions and values and they are very conscious of the role they play not just as a manufacturer, but also a business partner, employer and world citizen. A role that also brings with it lots of social and ethical challenges.
The things which they strive to achieve therefore include successfully devising a range of solutions to a variety of goals, for example, through producing increasingly energy efficient pumps, reducing workplace accidents, employing more apprentices and employing people with special needs.
