Systemair AB has completed the acquisition of Marvent in Slovenia, adding to its already strong global presence, spanning 27 countries.
Marvent is a well-known producer of fan units, boasting extensive industry knowledge within this field. The company’s experience and success in specialising in smoke extractor fans was the main attraction for the buyout, enhancing Systemair’s aim of furthering their existing product offering.
Systemair UK recently announced its forthcoming relocation to Birmingham as part of its business growth strategy for 2006. Steve Batchelor, Managing Director, is very pleased to complement this crucial business phase with the acquisition, resulting in a forward-moving company with a highly increased fan range.
Marvent averages an annual turnover of £2.1 million and employs more than 40 people.
