Matrix Control Solutions Ltd has installed a PRIVA Compri HX4 building controls system at The Marine in North Berwick.Located on the shores of the Firth of Forth,The Marine is a Victorian hotel in the grand style. Its ideal location is within 20 minutes drive of no less than 18 golf courses located around the beautiful East Lothian coast including St Andrews the very home of golf.
The hotel is undergoing major refurbishment and the controls contract, which was placed by Norstead M&E Services, forms the first phase incorporating the boilerhouse. The boilerhouse is controlled by a PRIVA Compri HX4 which has the capability to support a maximum of 92 universal input/outputs.It also comes with three universal RS232/RS485 ports as standard that may be used for integration or expansion. Its modular construction means that it can be custom-built at the engineering stage and extended later to incorporate any additional plant.
