Published:  08 June, 2005

Trox UK has confirmed the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds as just one of the high profile venues for the free Trox Technical CPD seminars being held across the UK and Ireland this year.

Further seminars will be held in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, London, Belfast and Dublin.

The highly acclaimed series of seminar presentations will provide designers and installers with an up-to-date review of important design criteria for multi-service chilled beams, data centre cooling, and fan coil unit and diffuser system engineering.

The Multi-Service Chilled Beams seminar incorporates sections on architectural lighting and cooling, the recycling of low height existing buildings, and how to reduce building heights and improve energy efficiency.

The Data Centre Cooling seminar discusses the benefits of using certain types of cooling systems, how they can reduce costs and increase income, and the compaction of servers.

The Fan Coil Unit and Diffuser Systems seminar explains in detail all aspects of the systems, including guaranteed noise levels due to thermal and aerodynamic performance, reduced system costs, increased speed of installation and single point responsibility.

Days are divided into three seminar presentations explaining in detail the systems within the aforementioned categories. Each seminar lasts approximately one hour and a buffet lunch will be provided for delegates attending the afternoon seminar.
