Get set for RAC
Published:  07 February, 2005

The stage is set for RAC 05 with a host of leading companies from across the sector lined up for when the doors open at Birmingham’s NEC on Tuesday 1 March 2005.

Heading up the big players are the major sponsors of this year’s event; Daikin Air Conditioning UK, LG Air Conditioning, Mitsubishi Electric and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. These are just four of the many top names who will be making the news at RAC 05, showcasing the latest technologies, innovations and services now available to the industry.

Undoubtedly, the free seminar programme will be one of the centerpiece RAC 05 attractions, with an impressive line-up of speakers to engage audiences on the critical refrigeration and air-conditioning issues of the day. Subjects range from HFC refrigerants to remote control refrigeration; the F-Gas Regulations to refrigerant handler registration; and equipment procurement and maintenance to the battle for supremacy in the market between reciprocating and scroll compressors.

Experts presenting at the seminars represent major end-user and industry organisations such as, Coca-Cola, Marks & Spencer, the HVCA, the IIR Science & Technology Council and the IOR.

For the very first time this year, RAC 05 will also play host to the prestigious Eurovent-Cecomaf conference which will be attended by leading contractors and manufacturers from across Europe.
