Beeston launches new shell boiler ranges
Published:  22 March, 2002

Beeston has introduced two ranges of energy-efficient steel boilers that are designed to provide solutions for plant rooms where space is restricted and energy efficiency is a high priority.

Ecomax and Duomax boilers are available with outputs from 70 to 2540 kW with pressurised burners operating on oil, gas or dual fuel. Contributing to their high efficiencies is a choice of modulating control.

To minimise space, the Duomax HT consists of two boilers mounted in ‘piggy-back’ style.

Phil Bell, sales and marketing director says, ‘These boilers are exceptionally reliable thanks to the materials used and the precise control available. Additionally, the burner and accessories are matched and precalibrated according to the power and function of the boiler.

‘A choice of control panels can be specified to enhance system efficiency in new installations.

‘The output of pollutants such as carbons, unburnt hydrocarbons and oxides is radically reduced, and in developing the boiler, noise was also considered to be an additional pollutant — so both ranges operate extremely quietly.’

Features include a boiler shell in high-quality steel with drawn steel flueways, high heat and sound insulation and fully wired control panel.
