For the 4th consecutive year, Grundfos Pumps are the recipients of a Green Apple Award. The award was presented at The House of Commons where Grundfos was announced as the overall winner of the Gold Award in the Manufacturing and Engineering category.
This latest win recognises the many local environmental initiatives that include a walk to work scheme, children’s art competition and the use of a wide range of e-communication tools that save huge amounts of paper.
The Green Apple Awards are organised by The Green Organisation - an independent, non-political, non-profit environmental group dedicated to recognising, rewarding and promoting environmental best practice around the world.
Previous Grundfos Green Apple Award wins recognised the importance of the wide range of ‘A’ energy rated pumps the company produces that also saw them achieve overall Champion of Champions status.
