Mega from Fozz Lighting
Published:  07 January, 2009

Fozz Lighting has launched Mega, a spotlight attached to a stylish, contemporary short arm that will provide direct illumination whilst providing energy savings of over 78%. The flat based design of Mega makes it ideal for areas where focused illumination is required.

With a height of 240mm and width of 137mm and manufactured from aluminium, the Mega frame is attached to a short track system and is available in a stylish powdered matt silver finish. The modern design combined with the energy saving makes Mega ideal for use in hotels, boutiques, retail outlets and many commercial applications.

Mega is has been designed for use with Megaman’s energy saving 11W GX53 AR111 lamp, the worlds first CFL with narrow beam optics. Designed as a direct replacement for conventional halogen reflector ø111 lamps, the AR111 incorporates the company’s exclusive INGENIUM technology, which delivers breakthrough lighting performance and a superior operating life expectancy of 15,000 hours.  Megaman’s INGENIUM technology combines improved life cycle switching and a shorter preheating time with an integral cooling tube that keeps operating temperatures to a minimum for enhanced safety.
