Ian Thomas has been appointed as Product Manager at leading air distribution system provider Trox UK.
In this role he will be responsible for developing the product portfolio of both existing and new products and co-ordinating the activities of different departments to ensure effective product development programmes.
Ian was previously product manager at Herga Electric, a manufacturer of switches, foot pedals, fibre optic sensors, and controls in the automotive, medical, packaging, domestic appliance and spa industries.
He said: "Being new to the air distribution industry, my first challenge is to understand the issues facing the HVAC marketplace so that I can go on to facilitate further product development at Trox."
Trox UK Managing Director David Leatherbarrow said: "We are delighted to have Ian on board. I know that he will strengthen still further our outstanding product development team and contribute to even more exciting Trox advances in the future."
