A new website (http://www.ribaonlinecpd.com/) brings all RIBA approved CPD material together to provide simple and fast access to product and business related learning for construction industry professionals.
The site has dual functionality, listing in excess of 900 pieces of CPD material from 500 providers, through the RIBA CPD Providers Network. This material can be searched by company, product category and the new RIBA Core Curriculum subject heading. The website also hosts more than thirty RIBA accredited Online CPD presentations, available to be completed as and when convenient for the specifier.
RIBA approved online CPD presentations comprise a PowerPoint presentation, or similar, accompanied by a voiceover and often including animations and video clips. Presentations conclude with a questionnaire which, when successfully completed, results in certification.
Construction industry professionals such as architects, surveyors, engineers, other designers and contractors, can readily access CPD material to aid specification and gain awareness of new products, levels of performance and standards.
