The SeaChange Smartserver from SC Controls is a standalone supervisor in a module which provides unique plug and play Ethernet connectivity to a SeaChange control system without the complexity of bespoke or specialised supervisory software.
The Smartserver is self documenting and does not require programming or engineering and the entire system can be monitored and maintained via any PC on the IT network using a standard web browser.
Other features include a built-in extended holiday feature which enables users to set up holiday periods in advance, reporting of system alarms via email, in-built security features which prevent unauthorised access and local or remote access via internet and dial up.
The SeaChange Smartserver will also connect directly to the clients' IT network and self generate web pages. In addition it can be accessed from a PC, laptop, pocket pc or web tablet using a standard web browser.
