Warm up with Frico
Published:  22 August, 2007

Following the introduction of government legislation banning smoking in public places, Frico is set to help ease the shift for the hospitality sector and keep the chill off smokers.

The company, which this year celebrates 75 years’ experience in the tough Scandinavian market, has a wide range of weatherproof outdoor heating options, designed to provide energy efficient solutions that deliver the ultimate in patron comfort at a competitive price.

The Frico CIR radiant heating range has outputs from 500 to 2,000 watts, including fully weatherproof models complete with a five year corrosion-proof warranty.

The units are simple to install, either suspended or wall-mounted, and include the option for a built-in switch. The outer casing is made from heat-resistant polycarbonate, ensuring the range is durable, reliable and safe.

Another heating solution for buildings is the company’s range of high performance air curtains for effective zoned atmospheric separation, without the use of closed doors or glass partitioning, for example to prevent smoke drifting back into the building from outdoor smoking areas.
