The newly launched XF100HLV from Manrose Manufacturing is a low voltage fan with an integral humidity sensor. The unit is powered by a standard transformer which can be wired up to eight metres away, in the loft space or outside the room, making it ideal for use in splash areas.
Designed for use in bathrooms and toilets, the XF100HLV incorporates a humidity control that can be adjusted between 40% and 95% RH (Relative Humidity) and an adjustable timer that will programme the fan to run on for 1 – 20 minutes. Quiet and efficient, this 100mm (4”) unit has an impressive extract rate of 85m³/hr 23 litres per second and power is provided by a single phase, induction motor with pre-oiled bearings for a long, maintenance-free life.
The XF100HLV has been engineered to exceed the requirements of Building Regulations on Ventilation (F1) and has been manufactured using high ABS thermoplastics for an attractive, durable finish that is easy to clean. All domestic Manrose fans now carry a three year warranty and have the benefit of full after sales back-up.
