SAV joins forces with Danfoss
Published:  24 May, 2007

Danfoss and SAV Modules are to join forces in marketing an innovative range of hot water solutions in the UK. The new AquaCon series of heat exchange modules utilises technology developed by the District Heating Division of Danfoss A/S.

It makes a perfect complement to the Modular solutions offered by SAV for building services distribution and control.

Announcing the move SAV Managing Director Lars Fabricius stressed that AquaCon systems would be marketed as part of a holistic approach to services design.

"The flexibility of the AquaCon range makes a perfect fit with our modular approach. We can offer a pre-packaged and pre-tested design to match the heating and hot water needs of virtually any multi-unit project.”

AquaCon is a ‘heat it when you need it’ system that eliminates standing losses and features low return temperatures. It is ideal for use with renewable energy sources including heat pumps, solar collectors and central boiler plant including units fired with biomass fuels.
