All of the Breeze range of plate heat exchangers made by water heating specialist, Rycroft, have received WRAS (Water Regulatory Advisory Scheme) approval.
Rycroft believe they are the first manufacturer to have this approval for an entire range of water heating plate exchangers with models suitable for LPHW through to medium pressure steam.
“WRAS approval is much more than a set of initials” explained Rycroft Managing Director Mike McDonald. “It gives our customers reassurance that Rycroft plate heat exchangers have been certified to ensure that they deliver potable water without any risk of contamination from the heat exchanger. Bodies such as Health Authorities, food and drink manufacturers and local authorities are acutely aware of risk assessment so this certification gives them vital independent reassurance.”
The Breeze range of heat exchangers offers the HT Breeze, the new Vari-E-Breeze with a variable speed pump responding to water demand and the SteamBreeze for connection to steam mains.
